Deadline Extended for the 2nd Open Call: Applications Now Open Until September 13th
The SUSTAIN Eurocluster consortium is pleased to announce the extension of the application deadline for the 2nd Open Call. SMEs now have until September 13th to submit their proposals, providing additional time to overcome potential delays due to the summer holiday season.
This round of financial opportunities, with a total budget of €450,000, is aimed at fostering innovation in the sustainable construction sector. The funding is designed to support SMEs in developing cutting-edge solutions that address key challenges in sustainable building practices, while also driving internal innovation and growth.
Eligible projects must be in the advanced stages of development (TRL 7-8), encompassing pilot projects, prototyping, demonstration, testing, or product validation phases. Proposals should be aligned with Smart Readiness Indicators (SRI)—a key focus of the SUSTAIN project—and must incorporate one of the following innovative technologies:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality (AR/VR)
- Building Information Modelling (BIM)
- Energy Efficiency Certificates (EPC)
- Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS)
- Internet of Things (IoT)
- Positive Energy Buildings (PEB) Renovation Tools
Organizations may apply either individually or as part of a consortium, with a maximum funding of €30,000 per proposal.
